With over 30 years of experience in the equestrian industry, I have been actively showing hunter/jumper horses since 1992 and became certified through the National Coaches Certification Program of Canada as a Performance Competition Coach in 2001. I also hold a B2 level certification from the Canadian Pony Club. In 2002, I worked as a student for Canadian Para-Olympic dressage rider Eleanor Elstone, further developing my foundation in classical training methods.

Today, I specialize in developing confident riders through groundwork and positive reinforcement techniques across multiple disciplines. I am passionate about working with young children and currently run a grassroots, local show-based lesson program using experienced ponies to create a safe and confidence-building introduction to the sport. My background also includes experience as a trainer and rider with the Oahu Polo Club, as well as work in therapeutic riding programs in New York supporting veterans through Horses for Heroes initiatives for individuals living with PTSD.
